Job Title: Administrative and Procurement Manager

Public Services International (PSI) is a global trade union federation dedicated to defending public sector workers' rights and promoting access to quality public services worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative and Procurement Manager to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of our Head Office administration, support, and facilities functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the Head Office General Services Team (GST) and coordinate across all administrative functions of Head Office.
  • Oversee the purchasing process within the organisation and act as the point of contact for all purchase requests at the head office.
  • Develop and implement procedures and systems to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head Office team and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience in a broad range of administrative roles with demonstrated success in developing procedures and implementing systems and tools to support the organisation.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and coordinating activities.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to draft, edit, and proofread text in English.
  • A strong working knowledge of French.
  • Experience in a trade union or NGO environment and a motivation for social change.
