Key Responsibilities:


We are seeking a highly skilled International Trade Specialist to join our dynamic team at Ziemer Ophthalmic Systems AG.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Process and record sales and service orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate international shipments and prepare export documents.
  • Collaborate with internal contacts to ensure seamless logistics and customs processing.
  • Prepare complex quotations and negotiate with clients.
  • Process returns and repair orders efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Possess a deep understanding of export regulations and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
