Export Manager

• Order Management: Record and process sales and service orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Export Logistics: Organize international shipments and prepare export documents to meet regulatory requirements.
• Customs and Transportation: Process customs and transportation documentation for trade fair goods to ensure seamless delivery.
• Quotations and Returns: Prepare complex quotations and process returns and repair orders to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal contacts from procurement, production planning, warehouse, shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a background in export management, international trade, and logistics. The ideal candidate will possess advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel incl. Pivot), database queries, and analysis. A bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of experience in international trade and logistics are required.

Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. Additional languages are a plus.
