**Job Overview**
Selise Digital Platforms is seeking a highly skilled UX Design Director to lead our design projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality deliverables that resonate with users and meet client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will oversee the development of robust design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across all products.

- You will present your design concepts, research findings, and project updates to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the value of stellar UX design.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- You must have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
- You should be an excellent communicator and able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- You will have experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- You will be able to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
