ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:
- Designing intuitive and user-centered UIs for our products
- Ideating, testing, and iterating on solutions to ensure they meet our high standards
- Facilitating workshops to support product and business goals
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key product experiences
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to improving internal design processes
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI Product Design, with a focus on building and managing design systems in Figma
- Fluency in English (Swiss-German language skills are a plus)
- Strong wireframing and prototyping skills, with proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- The ability to visualize ideas through mock-ups, sketches, or prototypes
- Owning design processes and self-directed work within product teams
- A balance between UX and UI design skills
