The UNITAR Division for Prosperity is seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As an individual contractor, you will be responsible for managing the IT equipment inventory and providing first-level IT support to users.

Job Description:

This is a locally recruited post, and the successful candidate will work under a local contract. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in supporting IT services in an organization and possess excellent planning and organizational skills.

The position requires a strong understanding of computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting. The incumbent will also need to demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with users.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating the inventory records, evaluating and tracking IT equipment, and assisting with physical inventory verification. You will also provide assistance with workstation and network issues, as well as answering IT-related inquiries.
