Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven colleague to work directly within our global team. As a Senior Investment Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and structuring of investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing: Identify market trends, research how to incorporate them into our offerings, screen multiple markets to identify and build relationships with potential investment partners/targets, and foster relationships with existing network of partners and source new investment opportunities.
  • Underwriting, Due Diligence & Structuring: Lead analysts and interns on the analysis and valuation of investment opportunities, negotiate terms with investment partners, prepare investor presentations, tax and legal structuring of entities in various jurisdictions, and present investment opportunities to the investment committee.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage different partners and service providers throughout the investment cycle, manage ongoing investments of the portfolio, including reporting, consolidation, and operational support.
  • Platform Development: Manage and develop the investment team, collaborate with other teams to create and improve operational processes to achieve better efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
  • Work experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance advisory, consulting, asset management, or real estate.
  • 8 – 15 years of work experience.
  • Relevant exposure to deal making in the USA and/or Europe.
  • Master's from a leading university, preferably in finance, business, or economics.
  • Complete fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a partially virtual environment in a team spread across the globe.
  • Self-starter who can work with low supervision and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attentive to details, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and excellent knowledge of MS Office including MS cloud solutions.
