Job Description: As a Senior HR Professional at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll cultivate key relationships, implement HR initiatives, and drive employee engagement. You'll provide comprehensive HR support to facilitate improved business performance and employee engagement.

Responsibilities: Deliver day-to-day HR services, own annual HR processes, and implement HR programs and initiatives. Promote a positive work culture with concrete action plans and participate in the broader regional HR team to drive HR projects.

Requirements: University degree in HR related field; 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience in a global and matrix environment. Proven knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organization planning. Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Skills: Strategic thinking, analytical skills, data insights, employee engagement, organizational change, project management, presentation skills, and language proficiency in English, German, and French.
