Safety Assurance Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee product safety and availability, focusing on RAMS-related responsibilities throughout the development lifecycle and associated areas. This role demands adherence to legal standards while integrating international norms and internal procedural guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting thorough analyses of specifications, conditions, and requirements for various projects or products, along with establishing target metrics.
2. Initiating, planning, and executing project-specific program plans and workshops following the V-model of development.
3. Specifying and monitoring technical assumptions, requirements, constraints, and regulations in proposals and projects.
4. Collaborating with development teams utilizing Model Based Engineering (SysML) and employing advanced tools such as DOORS and ANSYS medini.
5. Implementing relevant analyses at appropriate abstraction levels, including HARA, FTA, FMECA, HAZOP, RBD, and Reliability Prediction.
6. Organizing and leading subject matter workshops, audits, and reviews of pertinent documentation.
7. Collecting and processing relevant data, verification documents, and certifications.
8. Drafting verification documentation as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- A (Technical) university degree in engineering (m/f/d) such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the RAMS domain.
- A proactive and responsible approach to work.
- Strong commitment, initiative, and adaptability.
- Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
