Quality Assurance Manager for Global IT Infrastructure

Lonza, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for Global IT Infrastructure to support the entire organization worldwide. As a key member of the QA department, you will collaborate with the IT department to develop and implement infrastructure-related business processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global IT infrastructure standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Consult and advise IT infrastructure projects on the correct application of internal and external regulations and procedures.
- Audit IT infrastructures at sites in cooperation with Global GMP Compliance and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Support supplier audits for IT infrastructure systems and services.
- Ensure internal regulations are in line with up-to-date regulatory requirements.
- Act as project QA in non-infrastructure related validation projects for the implementation of IT systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience in a similar position.
- Pharma QA background required.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure topics, components, and ITIL-based processes.
- GMP knowledge and experience.
- Experience at a managerial level for QA responsibility for validation projects relating to GMP processes.
- Independent and flexible work with a good communication style, also structured, focused, and well-organized work behavior and open to new ideas, agile, and proactive.
- Strong analytical skills that include process and system mapping abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills and ability to interact positively with all functions in a complex organization.
- Fluent in English, other languages an asset.
