Urology Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager Urology to join our team in the Region Zurich - Bern - Lucerne.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and grow our urology products in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical management, medical staff, and purchasing departments.
- Conduct customer trainings, congress visits, and fairs to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement customer-specific sales concepts to drive revenue growth.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the distribution of medical devices, preferably in the hospital sector.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- You are a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You have a good command of spoken and written French and Italian, as well as a good knowledge of the English language.
