We are seeking an experienced Robotics Quality Assurance Lead to join our highly talented and motivated team of over 150 people. As a key member of our Quality Management team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company-wide Quality Vision & Strategy.

You will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ATEX, and IECEx. Your expertise will help us achieve customer satisfaction with our solutions and drive continuous improvement of our products and processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish a best practice quality vision and strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Lead the quality team and work closely with R&D, Software Development, Supply Chain, Industrialization, and Manufacturing Engineering to embed quality practices
  • Develop and implement our Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to gather feedback on product performance and implement improvements
  • Identify areas for process improvement in QC, QA, and QP throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality management, manufacturing, or a related technical field
  • Proven track record in implementing and operating ISO 9001 or other quality frameworks
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management, including setting up and maintaining management systems
  • Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management
  • Language: English (fluency required)
