Overview

Your Role

  • Place and execute fixed-income transactions in given markets with third-party brokers and custodians to achieve best execution on behalf of our institutional clients.
  • Provide expert opinions and insights on individual trades to investment management teams.
  • Mitigate risk in areas of execution for Pictet AM.
  • Optimize trade-related costs.
  • Employ your own discretion to add value to the investment process/trade implementation.
  • Nurture relationships with brokers and investment managers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional best execution practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in money market buy-side/sell-side trading or sales or corporate treasury.
  • A university degree or qualification deemed equivalent.
  • Strong mathematical and technological aptitude with data processing skills.
  • A solid understanding of money market and short-term interest-rate products.
  • Excellent coding abilities and IT skills are a plus.
  • Fluent communication skills and a strong team player mentality.
  • Highly organized – able to plan and manage time effectively to achieve competing objectives.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, resolute, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in French; German is a significant advantage.
  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Estimated Salary Range: CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
