Group IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Group IT Project Manager to lead our New Nuclear Domain (NND) project at Axpo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of IT services across nuclear sites, ensuring alignment with broader project objectives.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design comprehensive migration strategies for IT infrastructure, including timelines and milestones.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices to enhance project execution.
- Provide detailed monthly reports on project progress and resource allocation to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project remains on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Oversee all project phases to guarantee compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, and certified in Project Management with proficiency in both agile and traditional methods. A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management within a matrix organization, particularly in complex, regulated environments, is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to problem-solve and develop effective IT strategies. Fluency in German and English is a must, with Spanish being a plus.
