Product Manager Implant Systems

As a Product Manager Implant Systems, you will be responsible for driving global market share of the assigned product portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include defining the product strategy aligned with the solution strategies and company strategy, driving new product launches, and managing the lifecycle of the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities to grow global market share of product portfolio based on customer needs, sales inputs, market trends, and detailed analysis of current sales numbers.
- Develop product strategy, including short- and long-term roadmap, value propositions, pricing strategy, and business cases for new or improved products and services.
- Initiate new product launches and support product development projects in close cooperation with Project Management, Solution managers, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, quality, purchasing, operations, and/or third-parties.
- Manage the lifecycle of product portfolio on a global scale, providing input to the overall product portfolio strategy.
- Collaborate with solution managers to identify opportunities to promote product portfolio and support solution manager in commercialization of solutions.
- Solid education in Marketing or Product Management.
- BA/BSc or equivalent, or Master degree in business administration or engineering is a plus.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Good networker, able to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally in a dynamic environment.
- Structured, analytical, and professional worker.
- Willingness to travel.
