Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Professional to join our team at ALSO. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our business processes and internal controls.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Europe-wide audits in all business units to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  2. Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and implement recommendations.
  3. Prepare and present audit reports to management and follow up on agreed measures.
  4. Coordinate audit results and recommendations with management to drive business improvement.
  5. Perform follow-up audits to ensure implementation of recommended actions.
  6. Act as a consultant to business units on process improvement and internal controls.
  7. Take on audit project responsibility for project streams.
  8. Perform ad hoc and special audits as required.

Your Profile:

  1. Studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Law (or equivalent qualification).
  2. First professional experience.
  3. Fluent in German and English.
  4. High analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP ERP.
  6. High IT affinity and programming skills are an advantage.
  7. Drive to achieve results.
  8. Will to learn and take on business trips.
