Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent Europe-wide audits in all business units to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulations.
  • Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance process efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and present audit reports in German and/or English to stakeholders, including management and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with management to implement audit recommendations and ensure follow-up on agreed measures.
  • Perform follow-up audits to verify implementation of previous audit recommendations.
  • Act as a business advisor to improve business processes and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Take ownership of audit project streams and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Perform ad-hoc and special audits as required.

    Your Profile:

    • Studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Legal (or equivalent qualification).
    • First professional experience in a related field.
    • Fluent in German and English.
    • High analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP ERP.
    • High IT affinity and programming skills are an advantage.
    • Drive to achieve and willingness to learn and travel.
