About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Receptionist to join our team at the Drei Berge Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay, providing a warm and welcoming experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Offer personalized recommendations and insights to enhance the guest's stay, highlighting the unique experiences and attractions of the Drei Berge Hotel and the surrounding village of Mürren
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Manage reservations, billing, and payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
  • Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
  • Familiarity with hotel booking software and basic computer skills
