Operational Excellence Leader for Sustainability and Innovation

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at GF Piping Systems in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a vital role in driving meaningful impact and achieving operational excellence goals.
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive business impact.
- Foster a systematic approach to identify levers to generate business impact and develop KPIs to measure progress.
- Execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and close collaboration with operators and plant managers.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of operational excellence initiatives and create reports for upper management.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
- A Master's or bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvements, manufacturing, production, or consultancy environments, with some leadership experience.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% mainly in Switzerland.
