Siegfried AG, a leading Custom Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), seeks an experienced Pharmaceutical Production Specialist to join its team. Located in the heart of Europe, our production facility in Zofingen is the hub of the Siegfried Group.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical reactions in our multi-purpose facilities according to operational guidelines and adhering to cGMP and hygiene regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring and documenting reaction processes, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring equipment cleanliness.

About the Role
  • Conduct chemical reactions in accordance with operational guidelines and applicable regulations
  • Monitor and document reaction processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
  • Ensure thorough cleaning of equipment and facilities to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A completed education in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology (EFZ)
  • Relevant experience in the production department of a pharmaceutical company
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, in our 4-shift system
  • Self-initiative and a performance-driven personality
  • Reliable, precise, and meticulous work habits
