Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Development Specialist to join our team at our Zofingen headquarters. As a key member of our production facility, you will be responsible for the development and commercial manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and corresponding intermediates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Development and Manufacture: You will be responsible for the development and manufacture of high potency active ingredients and micronization in development and production.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all activities are fully compliant with cGMP and SHE standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
