Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at DAMIANI Group. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate high-quality content that engages our audience and drives brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies
  • Excellent content creation and curation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Italian
