Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Leister Technologies AG. As a key member of our QMS/Safety/Inspection department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 3 employees, providing technical and personnel guidance to ensure the effective implementation of quality and safety policies.
  • Maintain, document, and continuously improve our ISO 9001 QM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and analyze quality indicators, identifying areas for improvement and developing cross-departmental measures to reduce quality costs.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, selecting, training, and coordinating internal auditors, as well as supporting supplier audits.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees in quality, management system, and safety.
  • Collaborate with management to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Completed higher technical or electrotechnical basic training, e.g. TS/FH.
  • Further training and experience in quality management and occupational safety in a manufacturing company (mechanical/electrical engineering).
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and occupational safety according to EKAS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, as well as excellent German and good English language skills.
