About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ThermoFisher as a Manufacturing Operations Director, where you will play a critical role in leading our team of professionals in a pioneering facility.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure adherence to GMP regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, with a focus on process development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and cleanroom environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
