Job Summary

ThermoFisher is seeking an accomplished Pharmaceutical Process Lead to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing suites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless production and maintaining world-class quality standards.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  3. Ensure adherence to GMP regulations and maintain a cleanroom environment.
  4. Lead by example and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, with a focus on process development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and cleanroom environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
