Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate their feedback into design solutions.
  2. Work closely with highly skilled developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and to troubleshoot design-related issues.
  3. Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution for our main websites and marketing landing pages.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of various design systems, frontend frameworks, and processes for implementing user-facing software.
  5. Stay updated with the latest design and technology trends to keep our digital platforms innovative and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
  • Passion about Web3 and Blockchain technology.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of web technology for website development, such as HTML/CSS (no coding skills needed).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a UX Lead role.
  • Experience in leading design projects in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a multi-disciplinary team setting, exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
