Senior Director of Cyber Security

Aman is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Cyber Security to lead its global cybersecurity strategy and operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in protecting the organization's digital infrastructure, safeguarding guest and corporate data, and ensuring the resilience of its systems against evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a global cybersecurity strategy to protect the organization from cyber threats.
- Oversee global incident response efforts, ensuring rapid and effective management of security breaches and vulnerabilities.
- Establish and enforce global cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
- Drive innovation by selecting and implementing advanced cybersecurity technologies, staying ahead of emerging trends such as AI-driven threat detection and Zero Trust architecture.
- Manage the global cybersecurity risk management program, identifying critical risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Define and manage the global cybersecurity budget, allocating resources to ensure the security team meets organizational needs.
- Lead and mentor a global cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build cross-functional relationships with key departments including IT, Legal, HR, and Compliance to integrate cybersecurity into all business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CISA, are highly desirable.
- At least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global cybersecurity operations in a multinational organization.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI-DSS), and experience with cutting-edge security technologies such as cloud security and AI-based threat detection.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, along with a global mindset and the ability to adapt security strategies across different regions and cultures.
