Financial Executive Officer

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations at Toradex. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and transparency of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Group Financial Reporting, including KPI metrics and the preparation of financial documents in accordance with OR and Swiss GAAP FER standards.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial planning, and cost management alongside the finance team.
- Implement rigorous cost control measures and effective risk management strategies.
- Supervise cash management activities, including foreign exchange operations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations in collaboration with local experts.
- Facilitate intercompany billing, manage transfer pricing agreements, and negotiate terms with production partners, suppliers, and key clients.
- Lead the Finance and HR departments, representing the executive leadership team.
- Devise and execute optimization strategies, providing insightful advice to management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
Experience
- A minimum of 12-15 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior finance role such as CFO or Head of Finance.
Education
- A completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
- Significant experience in a similar capacity, proficient in accounting principles and financial reporting, particularly with Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of fostering team unity and motivation, along with strategic vision.
- Proficient in D365 or other complex ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills and a digital mindset for automation.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, combined with strategic thinking and a decisive approach.
