We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at VF Corporation, a leading global lifestyle brand. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a diverse and talented workforce.
About the Role
- Partner with hiring managers across various departments to assess talent requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Take ownership of our junior talent programs, inspiring the team to attract, source, and select top talent while enhancing interns' experiences at VF Corporation.
- Act as a point of contact for our broader HR team and hiring managers for the internship program.
- Steer the time and resources at your disposal effectively, keeping business partners informed and up-to-date on a regular basis through data-driven insights.
- Utilize various techniques to discover and attract the best active and passive talent.
- Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical skills and cultural fit for the VF environment.
- Foster a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs around talent acquisition and candidate journey.
Requirements
- Ambition to work in an international environment.
- Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment with a talent advisory mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- A strong understanding of campus and graduates' world, with experience in recruiting young talents.
- Proven ability to engage partners (universities, masters, placement offices…), and different audiences (students, interns, professors…) in 121 and one-to-many situations (presentations, events, webinars…).
