We're seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our EMEA HQ team in Stabio, Switzerland. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our Brand, Sales, Marketing, Merch, Design, and other departments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
  • Take ownership of our junior talent programs, inspiring the TA team to improve attraction, sourcing, and selection processes
  • Act as a point of contact for the broader HR team and hiring managers for the internship program
  • Steer resources effectively and keep business partners informed through data-driven insights
  • Use various techniques to discover and attract the best active and passive talent
  • Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit
  • Foster a great candidate experience at every opportunity
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs around talent acquisition and candidate journey
