Alstom is seeking an ambitious and driven Signalling Senior Systems Engineer to join our Signalling Projects team in the DACH Region, at our Zurich site.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the technical aspects of signalling projects, working closely with the Signalling Team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support ETCS and CBTC bids and projects by providing technical solutions and ensuring system compatibility.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring systems meet specifications and providing technical guidance to the project team.
- Support bid teams by providing technical input and guidance for proposals and tender submissions.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, developing teams, and project teams, to ensure the design and implementation of signalling systems is aligned.
- Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in railway, defense, aerospace, or equal.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of English and German.
- Flexibility to travel % of the working time.
