Your RoleAs a CHF Fixed Income Market Maker/Trader at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you'll be responsible for providing profit-oriented liquidity to the CHF Secondary Bond Market. You'll work closely with our CHF DCM, Syndicate, and Sales teams to achieve our goals.
Your Responsibilities- Contribute to the CHF bond value chain by providing liquidity and managing risk
- Monitor market developments and react quickly to changes
- Implement trading ideas and serve as a contact person for internal stakeholders
- Maintain close collaboration with CHF DCM, Syndicate, and Sales teams
- Adhere to all relevant rules and regulations, as well as internal guidelines and directives
- Completed apprenticeship in the banking area and/or higher education in Economics or Mathematics
- At least 2 years of practical experience in Bond Trading as a Market Maker
- SIX Trader License, Eurex Trading License, and good knowledge of CHF Bond Market and interest rate derivatives
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with Order Management Systems
- Willingness to take responsibility and hands-on mentality
- Capability to work independently
- Fluency in German and English, with French being a plus
