Strategic Logistics Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our global distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and Implement Distribution Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive global distribution strategy that aligns with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and supply chain goals.
- Lead Global Logistics Operations: Oversee the performance of our distribution centers, ensuring efficient logistics processes, quality control, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with procurement, supply chain planning, and customer service teams to ensure seamless inventory management, transportation, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage 3PL Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring effective contract management, freight negotiation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead the design and implementation of a continuous improvement strategy, enhancing efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery in our distribution centers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics management, a deep understanding of industry regulations, and a proven track record in optimizing supply chain processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business administration, or a relevant field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience leading a team or equivalent education and years of management experience. Experience in managing a 3PL environment preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated organizational and communication skills, strong leadership skills, and a team-focused attitude. Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
