Enterprise Email Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Email Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Lombard Odier, a leading global wealth manager. As part of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and reliable Microsoft Exchange On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in selecting and configuring Exchange systems, routing protocol, Outlook client, archive, and journaling. You will work closely with our dynamic team of engineers to manage over 5000 mailboxes and 30 servers.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Select and configure Exchange systems, routing protocol, Outlook client, archive, and journaling.
• Maintain project documentation and write deliverables.
• Engage with peers of various teams, including Network, System, Security, Risk engineers, and architects.
• Liaise with the Service Desk team to identify and resolve issues.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Provide technical support to resolve user issues and inquiries.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 skills, including design, administration, and configuration.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory for user management and security.
• Able to conduct projects, tasks, and troubleshooting independently.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• French and English (written and spoken) language skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
