We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and coding incoming invoices from suppliers, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Scan and video-code supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.">
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, managing VAT and multi-currency transactions.">
  • Supplier Management: Manage reminders and supplier issues, resolving queries and addressing concerns.">
  • Document Filing: Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for invoices and related documents.">

Requirements:

  • Accounting Background: Proven +3 years of experience in a similar position, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.">
  • Linguistic Skills: Fluent in French and good knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.">
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in IT tools, including SAP and Predict, with the ability to learn new software quickly.">
  • Personal Qualities: Very precise, meticulous, and well-organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.">
  • Team Player: Autonomous and team-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.">
