Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and coding incoming invoices from suppliers, managing reminders and supplier issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

1. Scan and video-code supplier invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in multi-currency transactions.
2. Manage reminders and supplier issues promptly, maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
3. Filing invoices accurately and securely, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Solid accounting background with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in French and good knowledge of English.
• Proficient in IT tools, with knowledge of SAP and Predict being a strong asset.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and team-player with excellent communication skills.

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
