About This Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Operations professional to join our Finance team in Zurich.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily treasury tasks and trade finance activities.
You will work closely with our local and international teams to support our business operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury tasks, including trade finance activities, to ensure efficient financial management and compliance.
- Resolve outstanding bank account issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
- Prepare documentation for bank account openings and internal KYC processes to meet regulatory requirements.
- Perform daily cash forecast checks and monitoring to provide accurate financial projections.
- Support treasury system integration, automation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Handle month-end reporting and associated tasks to deliver timely insights.
- Manage and process Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions for issuing and amending Letters of Credit.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in Letters of Credit to minimize risk.
