  1. Portfolio Management: Oversee the investment portfolio, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  2. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain effective reporting systems using metrics and data visualization tools to present portfolio performance and support decision-making processes.
  3. Cash Flow Analysis: Prepare cash flow analysis and forecasting future cash flows, including expected capital calls and distributions.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team and partner asset managers to manage the portfolio efficiently, ensuring daily tasks are completed promptly.
  5. Process Development: Contribute to the establishment of common practices, tools, and templates for portfolio and project management, ensuring adherence to the group's standards.
  6. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and banks, ensuring smooth interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in Family Office.
  • Certifications: CFA designation or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required, with Russian being an advantage.

Skills:

  • Investment Knowledge: Strong understanding of various investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
  • Private Equity Expertise: Expertise in Private Equity is essential.
  • Financial Analysis: Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling is necessary.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and proactively, with a solution-oriented approach.
