Job Overview

We are looking for a Portfolio Governance Expert to join our team at coni+partner AG. As an IT Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the understanding and documentation of investment guidelines, discussing and implementing new and revised guidelines, building active interfaces with different teams in the organization, and collaborating with legal, compliance, client services, portfolio services, product managers, and fund managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the understanding and documentation of investment guidelines
  • Discussing and implementing new and revised guidelines
  • Building active interfaces with different teams in the organization
  • Collaboration with various departments including legal, compliance, client services, portfolio services, product managers, and fund managers
  • Controlling regulatory requirements and investment guidelines in systems or processes
  • Implementing investment guidelines in the portfolio compliance system
  • Signaling deviations from investment guidelines to relevant stakeholders
  • Advising colleagues on internal and external queries
  • Updating broker rules in the portfolio compliance system
  • Caring for the portfolio compliance system
  • Assisting in various risk-related projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University studies in banking, finance, or economics
  • CIA, CISA certification
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Solid experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
  • Profound knowledge of common portfolio compliance systems
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory framework
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Integrity and ability to interact with colleagues firmly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • A Swiss working permit
  • Communication skills in English and German (C2/C1)
