Main Responsibilities- Manage customer orders through multiple channels and confirm orders in SAP.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, and supply chain management.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve logistics complaints, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Generate and manage shipping documents and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance to monitor consignment stocks and credit limits.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and optimization.
- Commercial education or relevant experience in Customer Care, logistics, or transportation.
- Expertise in SAP R3 SD and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Incoterms and insurance liability.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain accuracy.
