Shift Lead I

The Shift Leader is responsible for managing his team to carry out the manufacturing operations according to schedule in compliance with HSE and GMP rules.

Process Specialist / Equipment Specialist

Execute assigned manufacturing tasks and activities according to production schedule to enable the timely production of product with the quality and quantity in compliance with the relevant GMP, safety and environmental guidelines.

Documentation Specialist GMP

The Documentation Specialist GMP reviews and consolidates the Batch records after production in order to deliver them to Quality Assurance according to set timelines and in the right quality. The Documentation Specialist GMP performs entries and verifies transactions/declarations in the ERP system.

Bereichsspezifische Haupttätigkeiten

  • Teilnahme an den Herstellungsprozessen
  • Übernahme sämtlicher Aufgaben/Verantwortungen des Gerätebedieners
  • Ausführung sämtlich zugewiesener Tätigkeiten gemäß dem Produktionsplan und der gültigen GMP-, Arbeits-, Betriebs-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsanweisungen und -richtlinien
  • Rechtzeitige und fehlerfreie Überprüfung der Chargendatensätze (Teil der Produktion)
  • Ordentliche und rechtzeitige Reinigung, Vorbereitung und Desinfektion der Produktionsanlagen und -räume
  • Verantwortung für die Haushaltsführung des Produktionsbereichs (Reinigung, Ordnung, 5S, etc.)
  • Einhaltung und Durchsetzen der Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltregeln und -richtlinien (HSE)
  • Anwendung und Durchsetzen der aktuellen GMP-Regeln
  • Probenahme, Aliquotierung, Verteilung und Durchführung von prozessbegleitenden Kontrollen
  • Falls zutreffend, delegierte Umweltüberwachung für Reinräume und delegierte Probenahmen von Reinstwasser und Reindampf durchführen
  • Im Störfall sofortige Maßnahmen ergreifen, Auffälligkeiten an die Manager; Experten und operative Qualitätssicherung melden
  • Ausführung sämtlich zugewiesener Tätigkeiten gemäß den GMP-, Arbeitsschutz- und Umweltrichtlinien
  • Sicherstellung/Überwachung einer ordnungsgemäßen Funktionstüchtigkeit der Anlagen, um frühzeitige Anzeichen von Anomalien zu erkennen. Im Störfall geeignete Maßnahmen ergreifen.
  • Exzellente Dokumentation der Maßnahmen, gemäß den GMP-Vorschriften
  • Verwaltung der Verbrauchsmaterialversorgung, die für das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren des Betriebs erforderlich ist (z. B. Filter, Harze, Anschlüsse, Beutel, Reagenzien, Gas, WCB usw.).
  • Tägliche Überprüfung der Produktionsanlagen, Hilfsgeräte und Räume
  • Trennen und Entsorgen von Abfall, der im Rahmen der Produktionstätigkeit anfällt
  • Klare und präzise Dokumentation notwendiger Anmerkungen in Chargendatensätze
  • Teilnahme an der Erstellung des Produktionsplans (Verzögerungen, falsche Dauer der Tätigkeiten usw. melden) und diesen einhalten
  • Unabhängige Ausführung komplexer Einstellungen und Umstellungen von Maschinenbauteilen/Formatteilen
  • Feinabstimmung nach Umstellungen
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung einzelner Prozessphasen (Vorbereitung, Umsetzung, Fertigstellung)
  • Schulung des Gerätebedieners am Arbeitsplatz
  • Unterstützung bei der T&L-Organisation durch Definition und Pflege geeigneter Qualifizierungskriterien für Fachbereiche
  • Unterstützung der T&L-Organisation bei der Definition und Aufrechterhaltung von Schulungen zur Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei der Qualifizierung
  • Durchführung von fachspezifischen Instruktionen
  • Unterweisung neuer Mitarbeiter am Arbeitsplatz/Einarbeitungsphase
  • Engagement und Teilnahme an der betrieblichen Exzellenz und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Ordnungsgemäße Handhabung biologischer und chemischer Substanzen in der Produktionsanlage
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Analyse von Schwachstellen
  • Teilnahme an sämtlichen funktionsrelevanten Schulungen und Erhalten entsprechender Schulungsbescheinigungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege einer HSE-konformen Umgebung: Beinahe-Unfälle melden
  • Falls erforderlich und falls zutreffend, gelegentlich an Wochenenden/Feiertagen arbeiten und planmäßigen Bereitschaftsdienst haben (Schichtbetrieb).

  • Fristen: Einhaltung der Produktionsplanung, rechtzeitige Ausführung der Aufgaben
  • Qualität: Anzahl der Qualitätsvorfälle, Fehler- und Abweichungsrate (menschliche Fehler). Auf Anhieb fehlerfreie Herstellungsdokumente
  • Ertrag pro Charge, einschließlich rechtzeitige Lieferung
  • Erfolgsrate
  • Selbstschulung und Ausbildungsstatus (gemäß Statusbericht)
  • Schulung der neuen Mitarbeiter (Qualität und Quantität)
  • HSE: Anzahl der HSE-Vorfälle und durch nachlässiges Verhalten verursachte Arbeitsunfälle
  • Kosten: Kosten verursacht durch Abweichungen und Abschreibungen

Mindestanforderungen: Berufserfahrung:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre abgeschlossene Berufserfahrung als Novartis-Gerätebediener oder (vorzugsweise) 5 Jahre in den Bereichen Chemie/Lebensmittel/Arzneimittel/ Biotechnologie/aseptische Herstellung oder Entwicklung

Bildungsabschluss:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemie- und Pharmatechnologen, Technischer Abschluss; Universitätsabschluss (Chemieingenieurwesen, pharmazeutische Technologie, Biotechnologie, Biochemie) für einige Technologieplattformen erwünscht oder gleichwertige Erfahrung
