Career Opportunities: Strategic Analyst

The IOC is a unique organisation that has a vision to build a better world through sports.

As a Research & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate key information and results to senior stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design, manage and execute quantitative and qualitative consumer research projects to identify relevant market trends and consumer behaviours;
  2. Deliver impactful reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate key information and results;
  3. Play a pivotal role in shaping the Olympic brand and marketing strategies by conducting comprehensive consumer and market research projects;
  4. Support the Research & Insights team in implementing post-Games and in-between-Games consumer-, brand-and sponsor-related studies;
  5. Manage partner agencies to ensure the timely delivery of the projects, as well as the relevance, accuracy and alignment of the deliverables with the IOC's needs and standards;
  6. Enable the Research & Insights team to operate as a competency centre for the whole organisation.

Requirements:

  1. Significant business experience in consumer research, business intelligence or marketing;
  2. University master's degree in business, marketing, advertising or a related field;
  3. Work experience in an international, multicultural and multilingual environment;
  4. Excellent knowledge and command of MS Office applications;
  5. Ease with data visualisation software products such as Power BI;
  6. English fluency, French is a plus;
  7. Ability to interpret data to help inform content production, audience development and business decisions;
  8. Strong team spirit and ability to interact constructively with people at all levels and from diverse cultures;
  9. Autonomy and sense of priorities, with flexibility and ability to deal with the unexpected;
  10. Strong organisational skills with ability to consistently meet deadlines.
