We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie Tournant to join our team at Rigi Kulm-Hotel.

We are a family-run hotel with a rich history, dating back over 200 years. Our hotel has undergone significant renovations to meet modern standards while maintaining its traditional charm.

We are looking for a talented chef to join our dynamic team, responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in our à la Carte and banquet kitchens
• Leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Collaborating with our culinary team to develop new menus and recipes
• Ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation
• Providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A passion for cooking and a strong culinary background
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
• Fluency in German as a native language, with English language skills a plus
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
