Project Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Assurance Manager to provide quality assurance support for our project-related team and accompany customer projects from the offer phase through to component production and customer acceptance.

  • Implement and monitor internal and external requirements such as customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines related to project quality assurance.
  • Ensure effective contract implementation and periodic review of the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
  • Develop and manage quality assurance documentation.
  • Cultivate customer relationships by addressing non-conformity messages effectively.
  • Promote corrective actions for non-compliant products.
  • Serve as a key contact for customer quality assurance issues.
  • Create process and training documents to enhance team efficiency.
  • Coordinate customer approvals and facilitate project team management.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of professional experience in quality assurance.
  • Auditor training is a valuable asset.
  • An affinity for numbers and meticulous working habits.
  • Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • A high level of personal responsibility, initiative, and commitment.
  • Strong assertiveness and effective communication and moderation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in continuous learning.
