We are a specialist recruitment agency serving the Life Science industry, providing reliable HR and consulting services.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our client in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
The successful candidate will assist in the management of 3D model engineering work, coordinate 3D design activities, and participate in milestone model reviews.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager in managing the execution of 3D model engineering work by external engineering partners.
- Participating in 3D Coordination and Milestone model reviews.
- Assigning and tracking tasks for assigned area of responsibility.
- Coordinating the 3D design activities between multiple projects within the same building.
- Assists in design and layout of facility in case Engineering Partners are not fulfilling a competent design.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
- At least 5 years of experience in 3D Piping Design.
- Ideally a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Coordinating major CAPEX projects dealing with multiple designers/Stakeholders.
- Designing Pharmaceutical Production Facilities.
- Broad multidiscipline technical know-how (HVAC, Process, Electrical, CSA incl. Cleanrooms, Health & Safety).
- English communication, German is an advantage.
