Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company with clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving personal sales goals and maximizing sales performance by understanding client needs and preferences;
  • Developing and maintaining thorough product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients;
  • Providing feedback to the store manager on merchandise trends, missed opportunities, and quality issues;
  • Ensuring a respectful selling environment at all times;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry;
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury fashion;
  • Excellent customer orientation and natural selling abilities;
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience is preferred;
  • Fluency in English, German, and Italian; additional languages are an asset;
