For our important client, Luxury Fashion Company, we are looking for:
RUNNERThe Runner ensures the ultimate client experience in the stores by providing sales administration and support to the sales team. The Runner is responsible for delivering on time the required items to the Sales Associates and participates in the maintenance and stock keeping of the store.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver required items to the Sales Associates on time.
- Provide updates to the Sales Associates regarding order status and delivery arrangements.
- Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update the clientele book.
- Swiftly inform the supervisor if something is missing.
- Support the Sales Associates by keeping them updated about store stock to optimize sales.
- Participate in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store.
- Comply with all loss prevention procedures to ensure the integrity of inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting the sales team in maintaining client correspondence via email, phone calls, or letters.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance and improve the quality of sales.
- Commitment and strong drive to provide exceptional customer service.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.
- Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
