Our client, a reputable Medical Device Company, specializes in producing high-quality products for Urology and Gastroenterology. The company is undergoing an exciting phase of expansion, seeking highly motivated individuals to join their team.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who enjoys improving customer experiences in the healthcare market. As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting existing and potential clients to gather valuable feedback and promote our client's offerings. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly will make you an ideal fit for this role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contact existing and potential clients via phone, email, or SMS to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Prepare presentations or reports as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and address customers' queries or complaints promptly.
  • Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless order process and product delivery.

Requirements

  • Completed Graduation.
  • Work Experience of 1-4 Years in a similar role. Previous experience in medical sales or work in a healthcare setting would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to listen attentively and respond empathetically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
