The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative cooking, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-end restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes.
- Supervise the kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure effective communication with all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Participate in strategic planning to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in 5-star hotels and/or gourmet restaurants.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing high-end restaurants.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Culinary degree or equivalent.
- Valid work permit for Switzerland or European Union countries only.
