Chef Salans is a luxury hotel in Switzerland, looking for a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative cooking, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing high-end restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes.
  2. Supervise the kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  3. Ensure effective communication with all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  4. Participate in strategic planning to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in 5-star hotels and/or gourmet restaurants.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  3. Proven track record in managing high-end restaurants.
  4. Fluent in English and French.
  5. Culinary degree or equivalent.
  6. Valid work permit for Switzerland or European Union countries only.
