Job Description:

As a Structural Design Engineer, you will lead the development of flight hardware from preliminary through detailed design.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design flight hardware for safe and efficient operation.
  • Integrate mechanical components, perform fit checks, and support testing.
  • Conduct stress analysis and sizing using classical mechanics and Finite Element Analysis.
  • Analyze static and dynamic loads to predict and improve structure.
  • Prepare comprehensive analysis reports and compliance documentation.
  • Establish efficient processes and tools for these activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and stress analysis.
  • Familiarity with FEA software and FEMAP.
  • Hands-on experience in classical mechanics and hand calculations.
  • Detailed knowledge of EASA/FAA certification regulations.
